Home resources from Dalya!
Hello Child’s Play Families,

However, these are merely just suggestions. We in no way want this to overwhelm. At a time like this the most important thing is to practice self-care, hugs, connect with your kids, play, go outside, and remember to breathe!

Thank you for providing this information! In my perspective, talk therapy is quite effective. I went to https://revivorship.com/services/talk-therapy/ in San Diego during my cancer treatments and even after surgery and chemotherapy. It has been really good to me, and I wholeheartedly suggest it to anyone suffering from cancer.
